Ultum Nature Systems Pro Dual Stage CO2 Regulator For Planted Aquariums Its two gauges show both working pressure and gas volume in your tank. With an adjustable working pressure of up to 70 PSI, the Ultum Nature Systems Dual Stage CO2 Regulator allows for the user to monitor and clearly anticipate the levels of CO2 output while also knowing when the CO2 supply is running low and being backed up with its built-in failsafe mechanism that prevents the notorious "end of tank dump". End of tank dump happens when the pressure builds within a CO2 cylinder tank that is low on supply which causes an excess amount of CO2 to be rapidly released into the aquarium. This can result in CO2 poisoning of livestock and imbalanced water parameters. It comes with everything you'll need to attach to a standard (CGA-320 threaded) 2.5lb - 20lb CO2 cylinder without worry about potential gas leakage as long as your wrench arm is strong.

Why CO2 injection is important in a planted tank: 3 main factors contribute to the optimal growth of aquatic plants. These factors include nutrients, light and carbon dioxide (CO2). If any of these are unbalanced, the results are algae growth or the withering of plants. The introduction of CO2 in a planted aquarium allows plants to thrive and grow more efficiently, while also giving them the ability to out-compete algae for nutrients.

Live plants are shipped Monday - Friday for all west coast orders. For all remaining states, live plants will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday and Friday to ensure they arrive at your doorstep 100% healthy.

Returns
Hard goods can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Due to its nature, we are unable to accept returns for live plants. In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us ASAP. We provide 100% DOA (Dead On Arrival) protection.

To be eligible for a refund/store credit, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving it and provide a photo of the item in its original packaging.
