Before You Contact Us

Please include your order number when you contact us. This makes it much quicker and easier for us to assist you.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS (M-F). Please allow increased processing times during holidays and busy seasons. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number, please check your spam email inboxes first. If you haven't received anything, please contact us and be sure to include your order number.

Please provide your order number when contacting us. Return or exchange must be received by our team before processing any refunds, credits or exchanges. All returns and exchanges require routine inspection. Products that are returned damaged, are missing parts, or are returned with damaged external packaging are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Please refrain from returning packages with return labels affixed to product packaging. Doing so will void a full refund and require a restocking fee.

If you are unable to add a product to your cart, then it is currently out of stock. If you would like to know when it does restock, please leave us with your email address to be added to our back in stock notification list and be one of the first to know when it does restock.

We are currently online-only. Order pick ups are not permitted and will not be accommodated. If you are local to us in Southern California, you can expect speedy shipping times.

At this time we CANNOT ship live plants internationally. However, shipping quotes for hardgoods such as rimless aquariums, aquarium equipment, and accessories are available. Please email us a list of products, how many you would like to order, AND your full mailing address so that we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote for eligible items.

During this time, we remain fully operational and are shipping orders as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for your patience should there be any delays in processing or transit times as there has been an unexpected surge in orders and online traffic.
