Who can apply to the Affiliate Program?
Anyone! However, if an affiliate program member is found to be associating with or promoting inappropriate content, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the member’s account without notification or further communication.
When and how are payouts made?
Commission will be paid on a monthly basis. You will be prompted to enter your information during sign up.
How will my orders be tracked and credited?
Please follow the instructions for creating and linking your unique affiliate URL(s) to Glass Aqua when signed into your Affiliate Dashboard. You will be able to view when and where each potential customer comes from and who makes a purchase using your special link. We utilize cookie technology for these purposes - Links generated by you will contain your unique source ID. Every time a user visits us via your links, we know to credit you when a purchase is made.
When referring someone, please ensure your link is used. If it is not, we cannot credit your account once the purchase has been completed.
Will you provide reporting analytics?
Yes. You will be able to view your earnings and traffic reports at any time. Simply log into your account to do so.
What about product returns?
If a customer returns a product for a refund, or, if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute, chargeback or fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned for that transaction. If a product is returned in exchange for new merchandise, or if goods are damaged or lost during transit, we will ship replacement goods to the customer. In this case, your commission will not be affected.
Can I create multiple Affiliate links?
Absolutely! We highly encourage you to browse our entire shop to see what products and brands we carry. From there, you can create unique links that for your followers. We’ll consolidate your links and reports for you.
