Please include your order number when contacting us—it helps us assist you more quickly and efficiently.

Looking for shipping & tracking information?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Please allow for longer processing times during holidays and peak seasons. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, please be sure to include your order number for faster assistance.

Return or exchange?

PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WHEN CONTACTING US. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED BY OUR TEAM BEFORE PROCESSING ANY REFUNDS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES. All returns and exchanges require routine inspection. Products returned damaged, missing parts, or with damaged external packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please avoid marking or attaching labels directly to product packaging—use a separate box to avoid potential fees. Returned items must be securely packaged; damaged returns may incur restocking fees.

Unable to add product to cart?

If you're unable to add a product to your cart, it means the item is currently out of stock. To be notified when it’s back, select the Notify Me option on the page—When it restocks, you will be automatically notified via email!

Are local pick ups allowed?

We are currently an online-only shop. At this time, we do not offer order pickups, and in-person accommodations are not available. We will do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!

International order information?

AT THIS TIME WE CANNOT SHIP LIVE PLANTS INTERNATIONALLY. However, shipping quotes for hardgoods such as rimless aquariums, aquarium equipment, and accessories are available. Please email us a list of products, how many you would like to order, AND your full mailing address so that we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote for eligible items.
