Horn Wood is a versatile layout material commonly used for aquascaping and planted tanks. It offers plenty of textural interest, natural branching and a deep color palette that creates beautiful contrast against live aquatic plants. These smaller wood pieces are easy to work with and fit perfectly inside nano tanks, either on their own or as the main hardscape arranged atop your favorite stone base. Alternatively, Horn Wood shares similar characteristics with Pacific Wood and can be incorporated into layouts without looking out of place.
Adding wood to your aquarium offers several benefits: it provides shelter for tropical fish and shrimp, releases tannins that can help lower pH and supports aquatic plant growth! Available in two pack sizes to mix and match pieces for your next aquascaping project!
Measurement Range: Provided measurements are rough estimates. Horn Wood is 100% natural, so dimensions may vary by a few inches. Please use them as general guidelines.
