Its balanced formula excludes nitrate and phosphate, helping reduce excess nutrients in the early stages when most freshly planted aquascapes simply don’t need them yet.

If you’re looking for a no-fuss, easy-to-dose liquid fertilizer, APT 1 is one of our go-to choices. It provides comprehensive nutrition while keeping things simple, supporting healthy plant growth without overloading the system. Each bottle includes a calibrated pump and straightforward instructions, making it easy to stay consistent. One bottle is estimated to last approximately 3 months based on a standard 30-gallon planted tank.

Choosing the Right APT Fertilizer
APT 1 is designed for newly planted tanks or aquariums with lower plant mass and nutrient demand. As plants mature and nutrient requirements grow, APT 3 provide a more complete solutions with added nitrate and phosphate to support continued growth and demand.
