A healthy colony of beneficial bacteria is essential for planted aquariums, helping the cycling process (nitrogen cycle), improving long-term stability, and creating a healthier environment for aquatic plants and livestock. APT Balance is a concentrated beneficial bacteria supplement that can be used to boost a new setup or maintain an established system.
APT Balance contains a unique blend of resilient bacteria cultures designed specifically for planted aquariums using aquasoil, where lower pH conditions are common. If you’re starting a new aquarium or restoring balance after filter maintenance, tank resets, or large water changes, it helps establish the biological foundation that allows planted aquariums to flourish.

What's Included
24 total sachets (12 Sachet A + 12 Sachet B)
Each sachet pair treats approximately 100L (26 gallons) and will span 3-12 months of use for a 100L aquarium, depending on dosing frequency.
Instructions
New Aquarium: Add 1 Sachet A and 1 Sachet B per 100L (26 gallons) of aquarium water. For smaller aquariums, use a proportional amount.
Maintenance: Use one pair of sachets monthly, after filter cleaning, aquarium resets, adding new livestock, or whenever you need to improve or restore microbial balance. Turn off UV sterilizers for 24 hours after dosing.
TIP! APT Balance is also a great addition after filter maintenance, large water changes, or introducing new livestock. Adding more than the recommended amount is safe, though excessive bacteria may temporarily cause cloudy water or a thin surface biofilm that will naturally clear as the aquarium stabilizes.
Ingredients: Advanced bacterial cultures in dry powder form
