Our terrarium plants are kept under strict conditions and in clean environments. They are provided with ample humidity and lighting in their holding containers. Please ensure you are familiar with general terrarium plant care, Ardisia care, quarantine, rehab and acclimatization practices should you choose to change this plant's growing environment or should it be necessary once you receive the plant. We encourage humidity levels remain around 70%, as a minimum. Ardisia can be sensitive to transit - we will not issue refunds for leaf loss, cosmetic damage or wilted leaves if the root system is viable.
Ardisia plants thrive in high humidity and low to medium lighting conditions. Ardisia Pink Lips features a wider leaf shape with soft green colored leaves and reddish-pink leaves before maturing. When placed under LED lighting, colors are exaggerated and pop beautiful in a terrarium, vivarium or enclosed container garden making this Ardisia a welcomed plant. We encourage high humidity, partial-shade and a mixture of quality sphagnum or peat moss mixed with your choice of bark, perlite or alternative potting mediums for planting guidelines. Stunted or deformed growth may signal nutritional deficiencies and browning edges are signs of insufficient humidity levels.
Ardisia Pink Lips is NOT an aquarium plant. Submerging this plant in an aquarium will kill it!

Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Live plants are shipped Monday through Thursday for all west coast orders. For all remaining states, live plants will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure they arrive at your doorstep 100% healthy.

Hard goods can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Due to its nature, we are unable to accept returns for live plants. In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us ASAP. We provide 100% DOA (Dead On Arrival) protection.
To be eligible for a refund/store credit, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving it and provide a photo of the item in its original packaging.
