The Chihiros Doctor Mate is an aquarium care device that aims to improve health of aquatic plants, tropical fish and shrimp. Doctor Mate sports a smaller size and is ideal for use in standard and nano aquariums under 30 gallons. The Chihiros Doctor Mate offers 3 modes and is equipped with bluetooth capability, allowing the device to be controlled via the MyChihiros smartphone app. When set to aquatic plant mode, Doctor Mate works to inhibit algae growth, indirectly supporting aquarium plant growth. The fish and shrimp mode aim to eliminate pathogenic bacteria in the water without affecting beneficial bacteria colonies.   

The Chihiros Doctor Mate is a great addition to your nano planted aquarium and helps to improve overall aquarium health when used in combination with good maintenance and alternative care methods.
