Cryptocoryne Balansae is a beautiful species of Cryptocoryne. This aquarium plant is characterized by its long, slender leaves that offer bold green hues depending on the environment in which it is planted. Like most Cryptocoryne species, Crypt Balansae does not prefer to be moved once planted. Doing so will potentially lead to Crypt melt so it is best to choose a spot decisively. This aquarium plant can grow quite large and tall, so it works best in the mid to background of a larger planted aquarium tank. Like all Crypts, Crypt Balansae is generally easy to maintain once established in a planted aquarium. This aquarium plant will enjoy and experience much better growth in a planted tank that is fully established with CO2 injection, quality planted aquarium soil and high-lighting.

Live plants are shipped Monday - Friday for all west coast orders. For all remaining states, live plants will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday and Friday to ensure they arrive at your doorstep 100% healthy.
