Crypt Yuji Tissue Culture
"Incredible amount in this culture. At least 8 plantable bunches. Great health and was delivered perfect and on time."
Cryptocoryne Yujii is a rare, slow-growing Cryptocoryne that develops a tight rosette with leaves ranging from green to reddish-brown tones. Its dense growth and coloration give this uncommon Crypt plenty of character when established in a planted aquarium. With patience and consistent care, Cryptocoryne Yujii can be grown in both submerged and emersed conditions. Like other Cryptocoryne, allow the plant plenty of time to establish a healthy root system and avoid unnecessary moving or disturbance while it settles in.
CO2 injection isn't required with Crypts but we find it to be beneficial in supporting healthier growth and easing the transition from emersed to submerged growth.
Use high quality soil and liquid fertilizer for optimal plant growth and coloration

Aquarium plants can vary in growth form and may require time to transition to your aquarium environment, whether grown submerged or emersed. This transition period is a natural part of establishing healthy, long-term growth in planted aquariums.
From carpeting plants in the foreground to stem plants and larger species used in the midground or background, each plant offers a unique contribution to a balanced and natural aquascape. As plants adapt, it is normal to see minor changes such as leaf melt, color shifts, or new growth patterns as they settle into their new conditions.
We carefully inspect and prepare all live aquatic plants prior to shipping. While we do our best to minimize hitchhikers, we cannot guarantee plants to be completely pest or snail-free unless tissue culture options are selected.
Because live plants are perishable, some signs of transit stress may occur, including leaf loss or cosmetic damage. These are typically temporary and when when healthy roots are present, most plants will recover with proper care.

Tissue culture aquarium plants are grown in sterile, laboratory conditions, ensuring they are free from pests, algae, and snails. These young plants are cultivated in nutrient-rich gel and are grown in emersed form before being introduced into the aquarium.
Tissue culture plants are best for aquascapers looking for clean, controlled plant material, especially for shrimp tanks or sensitive setups. Before planting, the gel media should be gently removed, and the plant can be divided into smaller portions for planting.
With proper care, tissue culture plants transition quickly and establish into healthy submerged growth.

"Incredible amount in this culture. At least 8 plantable bunches. Great health and was delivered perfect and on time."
"Came in on time and in beautiful condition. Had an extraordinary amount of plants for one tissue culture and I was able to add at least a couple plants to each of my tanks!"
"I have had many kinds of crypts but none that looked like these. I am excited to see how they will mature. They spent a week with FedEx but arrived unscathed. Since they were tissue cultured, I cleaned them up and put them in a small container with aquarium water and floated the container in one of my established tanks. They are really growing fast and when the root structures are more mature I will plant them."
