"This fan pretty much delivers what it promises (so far). The fan and mounting assembly are all plastic and won't likely hold up to any abuse, but if put in place and left alone it seems to be solid enough. When switched on it takes a bit to ramp up to maximum speed, maybe 20 seconds or so, and I would not say it is ~quiet~, but it is acceptable and about what I expected. It moves enough air that I suspect it will provide a few degrees of cooling, but it's winter and I haven't had to ask anything of it yet."
