READ ME: Our aquarium plants vary in growth forms and will require time to transition to submerged or emersed conditions. We do our best to clean and inspect all plants prior to shipping but do not guarantee them to be snail free unless tissue culture is purchased.

Tissue culture plants are cultivated in sterile lab settings ensuring your plant is free from pests, snails and algae! These are young specimen that are grown in emersed forms. Gel should always be removed prior to planting.

Live plants are susceptible to stress and damage from transit. - This may appear in the form of minimal melt, leaf loss, cosmetic damage, etc. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for plants with viable root systems or that die out of our care.

Eriocaulon plants have become more prevalent in the planted tank hobby. With different plant hobbies becoming closer, many aquarists have started integrating terrestrial and marginal plant species into hybrid tanks. Eriocaulon Aquaticum lands into that section perfectly! In natural settings, this plant can be found growing along the water's edge of bogs and wetlands, making it adaptable and suitable for both submerged and emersed growth. Its rosette form offers structure and easy maintenance given its non-chaotic growth. So, if your planted tank or paludarium is in need of a grass-like plant that provides texture but won't take over like regular hair grass varieties, Eriocaulon might be the move.

However, we'll throw caution to beginners! Like other species in the family, Eriocaulon Aquaticum is recommended for more experienced aquarium hobbyists. These plants need specific care that isn't difficult, but requires good understanding of water parameters, nutrition and lighting. If your Eriocaulon plant is growing happy, it will have white, firm roots and consistent uniform growth. Overall, Eriocaulon provide beautiful texture and neat, tufted growth that is loved by many aquarists.
