Labisia Musim

Labisia plants thrive in high humidity and low to medium lighting conditions. Labisia Musim features large, rounded leaves with high-contrast color tones that are characteristic of other Labisia commonly used for terrariums and vivariums. This humidity loving plant displays prominent venation that almost glows along with a wrinkled leaf texture that is comparable to aged leather or reptilian critters. Its high contrast color tones and stunning venation pattern are exaggerated when placed under plant LED grow lights making it a noticeable feature in any terrarium, vivarium or enclosed container garden. We encourage high humidity, partial-shade and a mixture of quality sphagnum or peat moss mixed with your choice of bark, perlite or alternative potting mediums for planting guidelines. Stunted or deformed growth may signal nutritional deficiencies and browning edges are signs of insufficient humidity levels. Labisia plants can grow quite large so we recommend having a sizeable tank or enclosure for this plant. This plant belongs on the rare vivarium plant collector's list!
