How many pounds do I need? For a nice range of shapes and sizes, we use approximately 2LB per gallon of water.

Lagoon Stone is a natural aquarium hardscape that offers features that can be found in both Wolf Stone and Icelandic Lava Stone. This aquarium rock is porous and offers an ideal base for attaching aquarium mosses or epiphytic aquatic plants such as Anubias or Bucephalandra.

Coloration varies and includes shades of grey, white and black, easily making it a focal point in any aquarium. Given Lagoon Stone's irregular shapes, it can be easily stacked to create larger structures as well making it versatile layout material. Its darker tones are sure to pop against vividly colored aquarium plants and livestock! It should be noted that Lagoon Stone is relatively rough in texture, so it should be used with caution in aquariums that contain livestock with sensitive fins such as Betta Fish.
