SL Aqua's Ion Exchange Resin is a premium product that removes impurities from the water column. Using SL Aqua Exchange Resin helps to control levels of ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates through the removal of organic waste that would result in the release and spike of these harmful substances. Fitted in an aquarium safe nylon bag, SL Aqua's Ion Exchange Resin leaves water pristine and can be easily reconstituted once thoroughly exhausted to ensure clarity remains.

Cleaning and Recharge Instructions:
1. Soak the exhausted bag of SL Aqua Ion Exchange Resin in a solution of bleach and clean water in a 1:1 ratio.
2. Allow the bag to sit in the mixture for at least 24 hours.
3. Once the bag is visibly lighter in color, rinse the bag in dechlorinated water. After rinsing, allow the bag to sit in dechlorinated water for another 8 hours minimum.
4. Rinse once more and it is ready to reuse!
We recommend using SL Aqua's Stabilizer Mineral+ to dechlorinate tap water!
Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Live plants are shipped Monday - Friday for all west coast orders. For all remaining states, live plants will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday and Friday to ensure they arrive at your doorstep 100% healthy.

Hard goods can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Due to its nature, we are unable to accept returns for live plants. In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us ASAP. We provide 100% DOA (Dead On Arrival) protection.
To be eligible for a refund/store credit, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving it and provide a photo of the item in its original packaging.
