Ludwigia Natans, commonly referred to as Ludwigia Super Red is a staple in the aquascaping hobby for any aquarist who enjoys red aquatic plants. Generally easy going, Ludwigia Super Red is a good first red plant for beginners who are interested in growing red aquatic plants in their tanks. Ludwigia Super Red is a prolific grower and is characterized by small rounded leaves with pointed tips that grow in an offset pattern along the main stem. Coloration can vary and is dependent upon tank conditions. Coloration will vary from green to dull oranges to deep red tones. Because this plant can be a little more sparse, it is common to bunch them in groups of 10 or more for aesthetic appeal. Regular pruning and replanting will aid in producing dense bushes.

Live plants are shipped Monday - Friday for all west coast orders. For all remaining states, live plants will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday and Friday to ensure they arrive at your doorstep 100% healthy.

Hard goods can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for a refund/store credit, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving it and provide a photo of the item in its original packaging.
