Hygrophila Pinnatifida 'UK' (Uttara Kannada Variation)
Hygrophila Pinnatifida 'UK' is a newer form of Hygrophila Pinnatifida that originates from the Uttara Kannada district in India. This Hygrophila plant displays more intense red tones and noticeably deeper serrration on its leaves. The foliage on this Hygrophila typically grow a little longer than the original, giving the aquarium plant a more dramatic and textured appearance in planted aquascapes.

Like the original form of Hygrophila Pinnatifida, Hygrophila 'UK' doesn't differ too greatly in regard to care requirements and growing conditions. This Hygrophila plant needs moderate to high lighting, CO2 injection and a well rounded supply of quality micro and macro nutrients. You can propagate Hygrophila Pinnatifida by trimming along its stem and replanting it into the substrate. Hygrophila is versatile and can also be attached to aquarium hardscape such as stones and driftwood. Provide your Hygrophila Pinnatifida 'UK' with regular maintenance to keep growth compact and healthy.

Hard goods can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Due to its nature, we are unable to accept returns for live plants. In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us ASAP. We provide 100% DOA (Dead On Arrival) protection.
To be eligible for a refund/store credit, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving it and provide a photo of the item in its original packaging.
