"For the first year of my 6. 5g Neocaridina tank, I used a Fluval nano 3. 0. I thought I had a great light, never any major complaints. But when compared to my new Chihiros WRGB2 Slim, the Fluval was severely lacking in both intensity and color rendering. When I first plugged in the Chihiros, I was quite literally shocked at the difference! Cannot recommend a better light for a high-tech nano tank!"

"It just slots into one of the fins on the top/sides of the light and hangs by its own weight. Well-built, and solid. I just wish there were an easy way to use the shade on only one side of the light and leave the other side of the light open. But the shades are heavy and I need to come up with a good counterweight for the other side."
