Echinodorus Bleheri, commonly referred to as Amazon Sword is a bright green aquatic plant that is known for its behemoth size. Echinodorus Bleheri is generally easy to keep and great for beginners. Aquarium Sword species are heavy root feeders and so long as nutrient-rich quality aquarium substrate is provided, it will do well in a wide range of planted aquarium tank conditions. As mentioned, this aquatic plant can grow quite large and regular pruning will be necessary for allowing light to filter through to the aquatic plant's bottom leaves. We recommend this aquatic plant for beginners as well as experienced hobbyists who have larger aquarium tanks suitable for its size. Propagation is simple. Separate and replant.
