Aquascaping Tips
How many pounds do I need? For a nice range of shapes and sizes, we use approximately 2LB per gallon of water.

This aquascaping rock features a porous surface, distinct shape and earthy tones that pair well with vivid aquatic plants. Mountain Stone's gritty texture offers good grip and is a perfect foundation for attaching aquatic mosses or epiphytic aquarium plants such as Anubias and Bucephalandra.

Along with Mountain Stone's porous surface comes low density. This aquarium rock is very lightweight when compared to heavier choices such as Seiryu or Hakkai Stone. You'll receive a wider range of pieces without sacrificing quality and character! They're easy to stack and retain structural integrity, making it a solid freshwater aquarium rock for scaping cliff-inspired aquascapes or creating caves, canyons and mountainous hardscape layouts.
