Designed to emulate the texture and character of natural stone, each piece is made from lightweight, aquarium-safe resin that’s safe for freshwater fish, shrimp, and aquatic plants. Whether you use one piece or all combined, Strata Type 3’s modularity makes it quick and easy to create a cohesive layout.

Strata Type 3 is not natural stone. Each piece includes an opening on the back to help it sink and remain submerged. Positioning multiple pieces together can help close openings to prevent livestock from swimming in!
